Terms of Service

These terms cover using Leadivex (leadivex.in) - a service for building small, personal interactive gifts and sending them to someone as a link. By creating, publishing, or opening a Leadivex gift, you agree to the terms below.

Leadivex is operated by Zikir Hilal. If that entity changes, this page will be updated.

What the service is

You answer a few questions and optionally add photos about someone you know. Leadivex turns that into a short interactive experience at a private link, which you then send to that person yourself. Some experiences are free to publish; others require a one-time payment shown before you pay - never after.

Accounts and drafts

You do not need an account to create or publish a gift. If you do sign in (via Google), your drafts, published gifts, and purchases are associated with your account so you can find them again at any time under "My Leadivex." A draft made without signing in is only recoverable from the device and browser it was created on.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Leadivex to:

• Upload a photo of someone who has not consented to being included in the gift.
• Impersonate another person, or send a gift claiming to be from someone you are not.
• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit involving a minor, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend access to a gift or account that breaches this section, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe it is necessary.

Ownership of what you make

You keep ownership of the photos and words you provide. By using Leadivex you grant us only the limited right to store and display that content as needed to run the gift you created - nothing more. Once you publish a gift, the link is yours to use and share as you see fit; a paid gift's link does not expire.

The Leadivex product itself - the eight experience formats, the interactions, the underlying code and design - remains the property of Leadivex and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or resold.

Payments

Paid experiences are charged once, in full, via Razorpay, at the price shown to you before payment. See our Refund Policy for when a refund applies.

Liability

Leadivex is provided as-is. We work to keep the service available and your content private, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Leadivex after a change means you accept the updated terms.
