This page explains what Leadivex (leadivex.in) collects when you create or open a gift, and what we do - and don't do - with it.

What we collect

When you create a gift, we store:

  • The names and answers you type in while building it.
  • Any photos you upload for that gift.
  • A session identifier and basic usage events (e.g. that a step was reached), so we can tell whether the product is working.
  • If you sign in: your name, email address, and profile picture, as provided by Google.

When someone opens a gift you sent, we record that it was opened and, if they choose to send one, their reaction - so you can see it in "My Leadivex." We do not collect the recipient's name, email, or any identifying information unless they choose to reply with it in a reaction.

How photos are stored

Photos are stored in a private bucket, not a public one. There is no public URL that makes a Leadivex photo browsable or searchable - the only way to view one is through the specific gift link it belongs to, via a link our server signs on request. We do not use your photos for anything beyond rendering the gift you built with them.

Payment information

Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. Leadivex never receives or stores your card, UPI, or bank details - only confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the amount.

Sign-in

Signing in uses Google OAuth. We receive only your name, email, and profile picture as shared by Google for this purpose - we never see or store your Google password.

Retention and deletion

We keep gift data for as long as your account or draft exists, so you can come back to it. An abandoned, unpublished draft is not automatically deleted today, but is never shown to anyone besides you. To request deletion of your account, your drafts, or any gift you created, contact us using the details below and we will act on it.

Requesting your data

To ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hr@leadivex.in.
